  went to hair academy in iverson mall and received the worst service ever. the girl that was assigned to me never introduced herself, was playing music from her cell phone that was profanity laced. my hair is short and i requested a wash, set and trim. she appeared uneasy about the trim so an instructor came and demonstrated how to do the trim as the sides are much shorter than the top. she wrapped my hair, i sat under the dryer and she said i was dry but as soon as she put the flat iron on my hair it sizzled. the next piece she burned my scalp and as she called herself finishing up she sprayed one short spurt of hair sheen. I looked at my hair and asked her to please trim/shape the sides and around the ear. she was doing so poorly and kept asking how i wanted it shaped, i told i did not want pieces of hair hanging over the ear. i wanted it to look neat. this was an awful experience and i will not be returning there. the next day i combed my hair and white flakes from the wrapping foam filled the comb and brush. my trim was so bad, very uneven i had to go elsewhere for a proper trim. it was a waste of time. AWFUL!!!

  They helped a lot when it comes to my daughter’s hair. Very professional. I have been going for over a year and a half and will continue to go.
